A big negative on customer service. Tom Becker who handles service calls is very rude and abrasive. I had a fence installed years ago and am in need of some minor repairs. I asked to use the same repair person I have been using for years and he did not want to send that person out. He was not very acvomadating. He was very short with me and acted annoyed because I requested a certain person. I guess customer loyalty doesnt matter. He instead wanted to send a salesman trying to upsell what I needed. I don't need a sales man. I need a gate and post adjusted not a big deal. I have had both adjusted before and know the expected cost. The Fence Store is now owned by Home Depot. So much for small business owners. I would rather support a small business owner who does repairs. I will also be taking the plate with their name on it off my fence.
