I went in for sinusitis in January 2017, I received fair treatment only to find out that Westlake hospital ran my credit for my ER visit. I didnt know hospitals ran your credit even though you have great medical coverage. To put the icing on the cake when I called them to inquire about it I get the ole run around. It shows on my credit report! SHAME ON YOU WESTLAKE! You will never get my business or any of my family and friends
last week i was in the emergency room. the doctor ordered a chest xray in the room the guy who came to do the xray who was an older Caucasian guy had the worst attitude ever. super rude person and very unprofessional. he had me hold my breath multiple times and for so long that i started to get nauseated and dizzy. it was the worst experience ever im never going back there again
This place is a joke! So much stress! I should have listened to my friends and gone to Gottlieb to have my baby. There is not enough room on this page to list all of my issues with this place.
Very dissatisfied by Dr Harlan S Krinsky. He acts as though he doesnt care and kept me waiting for over an hour without even a visit or just letting me know if he would be long. I just walked out without discharge papers. He's obviously in it for the money (no pun intended). Worst experience ever. Will not be coming back. He even told my mother to buy medicine instead from walgreens. Going to Mac Neal even though its further, but I know there's more caring doctors there.
*One thing my dad was not a fan of was the head Doctor or floor director (whomever she was on floor 6) who went to his room (#669) that pretty much forced his discharge despite his OWN doctor's ordes. His Dr. was supposed to find him a ride home and was not authorizing him to leave until then. He made her aware of this but she had an attitude and said that the state was paying for his stay - when in fact, it was his insurance covering the expenses. She was so determined to get him off the room that she arranged for a van pick him up to take him home, herself.
My dad underwent spinal fusion surgery just last week. The procedure lasted about 6 hours. He was hospitalized 4 1/2 days (3 days in the ICU, and a night and a 1/2 in a regular room before being discharged). The staff, overall, was nice and courteous, though the rooms and spaces in the facility were a bit small and shabby - but fairly clean.
I don't mind that she did (he was recovering expectedly well and was supposed to at least be released by that day anyway) but it was just how rude she went off and did it
